Ream provides an AI-powered conversation analysis and coaching platform. Our services include:

• Voice conversation recording and analysis
• AI-powered ADHD coaching
• Conversation transcription and summaries

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer the service
• Upload harmful content or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the service for more than 2 hours in a day, or more than 10 hours in a week

5. Limitation of Liability

Ream App Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Ream is not a replacement for ADHD medication or professional help and it is not intended to be used as such. Ream is not intended to treat ADHD comorbidities such as Anxiety or Depression. If you are struggling with acute mental health challenges, then you must not use the application and instead consult a mental health professional for appropriate support.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
